Mallory Bouwman, LMSW, CAADC
Mallory is an organizational expert and supportive problem-solver. With a master’s degree in social work from the University of Michigan, she has dedicated her career to serving people experiencing mental health and substance use crises. Gina is passionate about fostering success in both people and programs. Bringing over 30 years of behavioral health experience, Gina has served in senior executive leadership roles including Vice President, Executive Director, and Chief Clinical and Quality Officer. She has successfully led major initiatives, including developing specialized crisis services, implementing Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs), and integrating behavioral and physical health programs.
